Owner Charles Skinner has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry as a tradesman, Job Superintendent, and business owner and has resided in the area since 1970. CS Development is a family business with Charles’ brother Brian filling a Project Management role
and his wife Carmyn managing the office.
Even before he started CS Development Charles had developed a reputation within the custom home construction market as a professional who blended technical competence and personal character to meet the needs of his customers and who demonstrated his commitment to excellence by understanding and meeting the expectations of his customers.
